Return Policy

We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refund only applies to item(s) purchased online not in store. In store purchases exchange only.

Can I return sale items?

Yes, only if the items are 45% or less. If they are more than 45% off then they are final sale. 

Can I return gift cards?

No, gift cards are non refundable.

Am I charged for the returns?

We will refund the value of any returned items, but shipping fees are non-refundable.

What are the conditions to return an item?

We ask that items are returned:

  1. Clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains)
  2. In unworn condition
  3. In its original packaging with all attached tags

 

How to return?

In store:

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment that was used online.

  1. Bring to the store at 232 Lakeshore Road East, Oakville, ON, L6J 1H8
  2. Present the original invoice
  3. Have the card that was used for the purchase in hand and—that's all there is to it!

Online:

  1. Send us an email at info@sheisawesome.ca and provide you order number/receipt number
  2. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items
  3. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  4. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment

 

Exchanges

For purchases made online, you can exchange in store or by mailing back your online return and then placing a new order.

For in store exchanges, make sure you have the original invoice and the item(s) you wish to exchange to facilitate the transaction. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Order cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped and before you have received a shipping confirmation by email.

If you have already received the shipping confirmation, you may return the merchandise as soon as it arrives by following the process outlined above.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 232 Lakeshore Road East, Oakville, ON, L6J 1H8

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
